Daniel
McAlister & Son have been holding livestock sales in
the Glens of Antrim for over 100 years and conduct annual sales
at various venues which include:- Carincastle, Ballyvoy,
Torr, Armoy, Glenbush and Cushendall. Our annual sale at
Ballyvoy is recognized as the top sale of store
lambs and breeding sheep in Ireland with approximately 8,000 sheep
sold on the first Saturday in September each year.
We
hold weekly sales of fat sheep and store cattle in Ballycastle Mart.
We
also specialise in farm clearance sales and sell at auction on our
clients behalf Tractors, Farm Implements, Agricultural and
Horticultural Machinery, Miscellaneaous and Effects.
On the property side we sell land sites and all of this takes place
locally.
